I just want to say what a wonderful experience it was buying my recent Sea Hunt Game Fish 28 from Ultimate Marine Orlando. The purchase process was very easy. We’ve had all questions answered throughout the process. George was great and insightful to everything! We will gladly refer others your way.

This review is for Ultimate Carts, owned by Ultimate Marine. I purchased a brand new golf cart (with warranty on the batteries) from them. Now that I am having issues with the batteries and want to use my warranty, they will not allow me to do so because "they no longer honor that warranty and don't have batteries". It took 8 phone calls for them to call me back, including calling their NSB location. This was the only way for someone to call me back.

Their sales pitch was all around service, and warranty on quality parts. I understand that one of their locations closed, but this should have zero bearing on warranties or how you treat your customers. Now I have to call the manufacturer myself and hope they will help me out since Ultimate Marine/Carts will not do so.

When purchasing from them, there is a huge caution flag that needs to pop up. They will tell you things in person to get you to buy from them, and then when its time to use what they sold you, they will tell you sorry not sorry.

I would love nothing more to have a manager or anyone call me to rectify the situation. Knowing it took 8 phone calls over the course of 3 weeks to get someone to respond to me, I will not hold my breath.
